저는 3D 모션그래픽 디자이너로 시작하여 인터랙티브 미디어 분야에서 모션팀을 리드하고 미디어 컨텐츠 기획·연출·제작을 총괄할 수 있는 Specialist입니다.

AR, VR, 공간 미디어, 파사드 등 다양한 디지털 미디어 환경에서 차별화된 콘텐츠를 제작해왔으며 독창적인 연출과 강한 실행력을 바탕으로 프로젝트를 성공적으로 이끌어 왔습니다.

또한 IT 스타트업에서 블록체인 기반 NFT 콘텐츠 기획 및 제작을 총괄하며 모델링팀과 콘텐츠 제작팀을 구축하고 프로젝트를 기획부터 비주얼 디렉팅, 제작까지 직접 주도했습니다.
특히, 합류 이후 시리즈 A 투자 유치에 기여하며 조직을 세팅하고 3배 성장시키는 성과를 이루었습니다.

최근에는 다시 인터렉티브 미디어 분야에서 제안 및 디자인을 주도한 프로젝트의 60% 이상 수주를 성사시켰고 이를 통해 회사의 흑자 전환을 이끌었습니다.

저는 강한 책임감과 시각적 스토리텔링에 대한 깊은 이해를 바탕으로 모든 아이디어를 시각화하고 연출하는 과정을 즐깁니다.
그리고 프로젝트를 이끌 때 팀원들과 함께 공감하고 동의하는 방향성을 설정하여 최고의 결과를 만들어가는 과정을 가장 중요하게 생각합니다.

As a specialist in interactive media, I have experience in leading motion teams and overseeing the planning, directing, and production of media content. I have created original content in various digital media environments, including AR, VR, spatial media, and facades, and have successfully led projects based on original direction and strong execution.

I have also gained experience in blockchain-based NFT content planning and production at an IT startup, where I built a modelling team and content production team and led the project from planning to visual direction and production.Since joining the company, I have set up and tripled the organisation, helping to raise Series A funding.More recently, I returned to interactive media, where I won over 60% of the projects I proposed and designed, leading the company to profitability.

I have a strong sense of responsibility and a deep understanding of visual storytelling, and I enjoy the process of visualising and directing all ideas.When leading a project, I value the process of setting a direction that resonates and is agreed upon with my team to create the best possible outcome.
